Shipping Conditions
Your order will be processed as quickly as possible and shipped with UPS All orders placed by 12 am (on business days) are usually shipped on the same business day. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This confirmation includes a tracking link, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment at any time. We deliver within Germany and Austria.
Delivery Times
Delivery of goods within Austria and Germany takes 1-4 business days after the contract conclusion (in the case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of payment). Delivery to other countries typically takes 2-10 business days after contract conclusion and payment. Specific delivery times may vary by product and can be viewed on the respective product page. Please note that no deliveries or transportation occur on Sundays and public holidays.
If you ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs include the applicable VAT.
Austria & Germany:
For delivery to Austria and Germany, a shipping fee of €4.90 is applied for orders with a value of less than €49. For orders over €49, shipping to Austria and Germany is free of charge.
